Become a TAO Member Today

Membership in TAO is open to anyone interested in supporting the purpose and goals of the organization. If you are a telehealth service provider, an organization interested in providing telehealth services, a supplier of equipment, software or transport for telehealth service, a healthcare insurance provider, an association, a CCO, or someone interested in improving healthcare through telecommunications, we hope you will consider joining us.

TAO has made the decision to reassess its membership structure. So much has changed during the pandemic. Many new providers have chosen to include telehealth in their practices; a host of new vendors have emerged offering new platforms, applications, and equipment for use in telehealth; payers both public and private are reimbursing for telehealth services; and the regulations that govern telehealth have been relaxed, especially in Oregon where most of the relaxations governing Medicaid and private payers have been permanently codified in State statute.

TAO is exploring new kinds of membership that are more inclusive of the new providers and that invite more payers and vendors to the table. We are also seeking ways to create a membership that is more diverse, that better represents the variety of ethnic populations from throughout the entire state – both rural and urban.

We would invite you to provide suggestions to improve our membership using the contact form. As our Board works through this process, we invite you to use this new website and all the information included in it and enjoy our newsletters.
